The sun is shining, the breeze is gently fluttering the leaves on the trees and the sky is bluer than blue. There is nothing to whet your guests' appetites like the smell of food roasting on a spitting Bar -B -Q. It's the final wrap on a hard fought sporting season, a thank you dinner for your community fire fighters or friends and neighbours meeting on one side of the fence for a change - a Bar-B-Q is a summer tradition loved by all. For 15, 50 or 250 guests, we will charbroil our homemade burgers and dogs, chicken, ribs and lobsters. We will even do a suckling pig and lamb. Let the smell of delicious roasting meat and vegetables grace the sunny summer afternoon. Ice cold drinks, charbroiled dinner and great friends ­ a perfect gathering.
