Whether for a pre dinner "gustation"
or an evening long feast, Bouquet Garni has a wondrous variety
of hors d'oeuvre to satisfy every taste.
We make every part of each hors
d'oeuvre in our kitchens - all by hand. We make our own pastry by hand and
we combine the best of ingredients for our fillings. We use interesting
and unique bases for our canapés; definitely not the usual
fare.
Because we know people eat with
their eyes first, we decorate each platter with an edible garnish
to complement the dish. An attractive presentation only enhances
the appetite for these exquisite morsels.
Many of Bouquet Garni's hors
d'oeuvre, hot or cold, are very substantial and are perfect for
a cocktail party. Others are just a bite and are just right before
a meal. The winning combination will surely please your guests.
We welcome you to peruse some

recommend you never do so on an empty stomach!

MENU
- Vegetable Platter and Dip
deal for when your guests first arrive, this platter features
eight fresh vegetables and our very secret homemade dip. It's
very colourful, and great value!

Tourte with Pesto
Cream cheese, wine, shallots and fresh herbs layered with our
fresh pesto and topped with sundried tomatoes or smoked salmon.
Served with housemade crackers

- Cranberry Brie Tartlets
Savoury Bouquet Garni tartlets filled with melted Brie cheese,
housemade cranberry sauce and sour cream; a mouth watering combination!

- Roquefort Grapes
Juicy red and green grapes wrapped in a jacket of Roquefort and
cream cheese, and rolled in toasted almonds. The platter is garnished
