HORS D'OEUVRE / FINGER FOOD

Whether for a pre dinner "gustation" or an evening long feast, Bouquet Garni has a wondrous variety of hors d'oeuvre to satisfy every taste.

We make every part of each hors d'oeuvre in our kitchens - all by hand. We make our own pastry by hand and we combine the best of ingredients for our fillings. We use interesting and unique bases for our canapés; definitely not the usual fare.

Because we know people eat with their eyes first, we decorate each platter with an edible garnish to complement the dish. An attractive presentation only enhances the appetite for these exquisite morsels.

Many of Bouquet Garni's hors d'oeuvre, hot or cold, are very substantial and are perfect for a cocktail party. Others are just a bite and are just right before a meal. The winning combination will surely please your guests.
